With a background in business banking and finance. he brings a deep understanding of lending, investments and development to every client and project. As President of BRISEŃO and a Sr. Loan Originator, Jerry leads with integrity, strategy and a long-term vision for growth.

Jerry Briseńo is an entrepreneur, mortgage professional and business strategist with extensive experience in business banking, finance and residential lending. As President of BRISEŃO and Senior Loan Originator for BRISEŃO GROUP Mortgage, he brings a financial and analytical approach to helping homebuyers, investors and business owners navigate financing with confidence.

With a career spanning business banking and mortgage lending, Jerry has extensive experience analyzing tax returns, financial statements, lending guidelines and complex borrower profiles. His background allows him to develop strategic financing solutions for self-employed borrowers, high net-worth clients and real estate investors while helping business owners better understand and prepare for the lending process.

Jerry also serves as President and Managing Director of Projects for BRISEŃO CONSULTING, where he applies his finance and lending experience to residential development consulting. Working alongside clients, architects, contractors and project teams; he provides strategic oversight across project planning, budjeting, financing and execution- helping clients make informed decisions throughout the development process.

Together with his wife and business partner, Tracy Briseno, Jerry leads a family of businesses spanning real estate, mortgage and consulting. Known for his financial expertise, strategic approach and commitment to client relationships, he is passionate about helping families, investors and business owners create long-term opportunities through real estate and sound financial planning.
